You can the Vehicle View feature to view the reconditioning information for a vehicle, including what jobs have been requested and the status of those requests. The following steps guide you through the process:
1. Log in to the Gate app and click on Vehicle View (see Figure 1).
2. Scan the VIN or stock sticker or click on the pencil icon to manually enter or search for the VIN (see Figure 2).
If you prefer to manually enter the VIN, click on the pencil icon and then use the keyboard to enter the information. You can enter the full VIN or search for the VIN using its last six or eight digits (see Figure 3). When you’re done entering the VIN, click on Save.
You see a snapshot of the vehicle.
3. Click on Reconditioning (see Figure 4).
The reconditioning status of the vehicle appears, as shown in Figure 5.
