Cancel a Checkout

During the checkout process, cancel a checkout.

During the checkout process, you can cancel a checkout:

1. Click on Cancel on the Checkout Details page, as shown in Figure 1.

After you click on Cancel, you’re asked to confirm that you want to cancel the checkout (see Figure 2). 

2. Click on Yes to cancel the checkout or No if you don’t want to cancel it.

If you click on Yes, you’re asked whether the vehicle left the lot (see Figure 3). If you click on No because you don’t want to cancel the checkout, the Checkout Details page reappears, and you can edit the information (refer to Figure 1).

3. Click on Yes if the vehicle left the lot or No if it hasn’t left.

If you click on Yes, the red page shown in Figure 4 indicates that the vehicle has left the lot and will be checked out in AMS. 

If you click on No, the page shown in Figure 5 indicates that the vehicle has been returned and is not checked out in AMS.
