When you log in to the Inspections Portal, the vehicle list automatically appears (see Figure 1). While the list may seem overwhelming, the good news is that you can customize it so that the view best meets your needs.
You can filter the vehicle list in the Inspections Portal so that you see only vehicles in a specific work queue or with a specific tag. You can go to a specific work queue so that you see only the vehicles you want to view. To do so, click on the queue or tag you’d like to view in the menu on the left side of the page, as shown in Figure 2.
You can also sort each column in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column header. An arrow next to the column header lets you know which column the sort is based on and whether it’s ascending or descending. For example, in Figure 3, you can see that the Damage Total column is sorted from the least dollar amount of damages to the highest amount.
