You can use tags to add labels that help you track inventory in the Inspections Portal. After a job has a tag assigned, you can use the applied tag to search for that job and all other assignments with the same tag.
The following steps walk you through the process of searching for tagged vehicles:
1. In the top left corner of the screen, choose Tags from the drop-down list, as shown in Figure 1.
2. Begin typing the tag name you’re searching for in the search box.
As you type, available tags that start with the letters you’re typing appear in the drop-down list (see Figure 2).
3. Select the tag from the list that appears.
4. Click on the Search icon.
A list of vehicles containing the tag appears.
