You can use tags to add labels that help you track inventory in the Inspections Portal. One of the best features about tags is that you can create your own custom queues, allowing you to quickly reference all assignments that have the same tag.
The following steps walk you through the process of creating custom tag queues in the Inspections Portal:
1. From the left menu, click on Tags (see Figure 1).
2. In the text box that appears, begin typing a tag name.
As you type, suggestions appear in the drop-down list, as shown in Figure 2.
3. From the list that appears, select the tag you’d like to add to your tag queue.
The tag is added to the queue (see Figure 3).
The number of vehicles in the queue appears to the right of the tag. When you click on the tag queue, a list of vehicles in the queue appears.
