When you open Vehicle History, a list of incomplete vehicles appears. You can filter this list by sale status or by Vehicle History report type. (For details on filtering by report type, see the document “Filter Vehicle Results by Vehicle History Report Type” in the Help Center.)
The following steps walk you through the process of filtering incomplete vehicle results by sale status:
1. Open Vehicle History.
A list of incomplete vehicles appears. (If you’re not sure how to open vehicle history, see the document “View Vehicle History Reports” in the Help Center.)
2. Select the arrow next to Filters, as shown in Figure 1.
The filters appear.
3. From the Sale Status drop-down list, select Registered (see Figure 2).
The incomplete list now displays only vehicles set for an upcoming sale.
