From the Monitor page, you can search for an executed transmission event. You can narrow your search by one or multiple criteria. The following steps walk you through the process of searching for transmission events:
1. Go to the Transmission System Monitor page by clicking on the Monitor tab (see Figure 1).
2. In the Refine Search Criteria area, enter your search criteria in one or more of the fields (see Figure 2).
Tip: You can narrow your search by entering any combination of the following search criteria:
Account: Search by account by selecting an account from the drop-down list. The accounts that appear are based on your security in the AMS Security Application.
Transmission: Search by transmissions by selecting one from the drop-down list. The accounts that appear are based on your security in the AMS Security Application. If the Transmission Account drop-down list box is populated, the transmission list will be further filtered to include only transmissions from that account.
Event ID: Search directly for a transmission event by entering the event ID. This field does not perform partial searches.
Create Date: (From): Leave the field blank to default to the maximum days the Transmission System currently retains history (45 days) or enter the earliest date for transmissions events to be included in the search results. Select a date from the pop-up calendar or type the date in the text box using the format MM/DD/YYYY.
Create Date: (To): Leave this field blank to default to the current date or enter the latest date for transmissions events to be included in the search results. Select a date from the pop-up calendar or type the date in the text box using the format MM/DD/YYYY.
Run Status: Specify a run status that you’d like to include in the search results by selecting = from the drop-down list. To exclude a run status from the search results, select Not =.
User ID: Search directly for a user by entering a user ID. This field does not perform partial searches.
3. After you finish narrowing your search criteria, click on the Search/Refresh button (see Figure 3).
A list of transmissions that meet the search criteria displays in the Transmission Event Search Results section.
Tip: To change your search criteria, click on the Clear button and enter new search criteria (see Figure 5).
The transmission event with the most recent run status update appears at the top of the search results.
