You can find additional details about all of the run statuses in TCI. The following steps walk you through the process of viewing run status details:
1. Search for the desired transmission event.
If you’re not sure how to do so, see the document “Search for Transmission Events.”
2. Click on the Run Status help icon (see Figure 1).
The Status Info window opens to display the run status details.
3. When you’re finished viewing the details, click on the Close button or click on the X to close the window (see Figure 2).
