Lot Operations can track each vehicle moved on the lot. The following steps walk you through the process of moving a vehicle:
1. From the Search page, scan or enter the vehicle’s stock number, full VIN, or the last six digits of the VIN (see Figure 1).
2. Click on the Search button.
The Vehicle Details page appears.
3. Click on the Actions button, as shown in Figure 2.
4. From the menu that appears, click on Move Vehicle (see Figure 3).
A timer begins calculating the time required to move the vehicle.
5. Lock the device or turn the screen off.
6. When the vehicle has been moved, unlock the device and then click on Move Completed (see Figure 4).
