Check in a Temporary Employee

Keep track of temporary labor.

If you’re assigned the Labor Manager role, you can use AuctionTrac to keep track of your temporary labor with a simple scan.

The following steps walk you through the process of checking in a temporary employee:

1. Click on the Gate Check In icon (see Figure 1).

2. From the list that appears, click on the area you’re reporting for (see Figure 2).

3. Click on the bar code (see Figure 3).

The scanner page appears.

4. Scan the temporary employee’s badge.

The employee is checked in.

Remember: When the employee leaves for the day, click on the Checkout icon to scan their badge (see Figure 4).
