If you have the Coordinator role on the mobile app, you can use Ready View, a feature that connects AuctionTrac and V-Trace so that you can easily see which cars need to be moved and where they need to go. Ready View also helps shop managers plan the workday more effectively. You can set filters to show any combination of shops and actions based on what information is important to you.
Remember: Ready View is not used to approve or deny repairs. It is strictly for information purposes. All approvals will continue to happen within V-Trace. Ready View simply presents data to provide insight into the repair ready state of your vehicles in inventory.
Ready View shows only vehicles with at least one incomplete Repair Action.
To access Ready View, click on its icon in the navigation bar (see Figure 1).
