If you are assigned a Coordinator role, you can mark vehicles as on spot. Mark on spot means that a vehicle has been physically parked on their run number location in their assigned lane (see Figure 1).
The following steps walk you through the process of marking a vehicle on spot:
1. Click on the On Spot icon (see Figure 2).
The Mark On Spot page appears.
2. Choose whether you want to view all vehicles, only vehicles off spot, or only vehicles on spot by clicking on the appropriate tab (see Figure 3).
3. Click on Change Lane (see Figure 4).
A list of sale dates appears.
4. Select the sale date(s) and then click on Apply (see Figure 5).
5. Select a lane or multiple lanes and then click on Apply (see Figure 6).
The lanes are now listed on the On Spot page (see Figure 7).
6. To filter by seller, click on All Sellers.
7. From the list that appears, select the seller(s) you want to filter by and then click on Apply (see Figure 8).
The list is filtered to include only those sellers you selected.
8. Select the checkbox for any vehicle you’d like to mark on spot
The vehicles are marked on spot. If you click on the On tab, the vehicles you marked on spot appear in the list (see Figure 9).
