After you have reconciled the Inventory report (see the document “Reconcile Inventory,”), you can complete the report by clicking on the Complete button, as shown in Figure 1.
AuctionTrac will validate that all vehicles have been marked and then set the report as completed. Warning: If you have not reconciled all vehicles in the list, an error message appears (see Figure 2). You will need to reconcile all vehicles before you can complete the Inventory report.
Completed reports will no longer be available to you in Report Builder because they can no longer be edited once they are complete. However, you can view completed reports by choosing Reports-->Vehicle from the menu (see Figure 3), clicking on the Inventory tab, and selecting the report from the Archived Reports drop-down list. You can also download completed reports as a PDF or as an Excel file by clicking on the buttons.
