The AuctionTrac mobile app requires you to enter a PIN to gain access. If you didn’t create a PIN when you registered, you will need to create one before you can access the app. If you did create a PIN but don’t remember it, you will be able to look it up.
The following steps walk you through the process of creating or retrieving a Mobile PIN so that you can access the AuctionTrac mobile app:
1. From your computer, go to the AuctionTrac website at www.AuctionTrac.com
The AuctionTrac home page appears, as shown in Figure 1.
2. Click on your email address at the top right of the screen, as shown in Figure 2.
The Profile Manager appears. If you set a mobile PIN, it will appear in the Mobile PIN field, as shown in Figure 3.
3. If the Mobile PIN field is empty, create a PIN by entering a four-digit number.
4. Click on the Update Profile button.
Your mobile PIN is created.
