You can view a summary of daily event statistics in AuctionTrac. The following steps walk you through the process:
1. Choose Events-->Daily Events from the menu, as shown in Figure 1.
A summary of the day’s events appears (see Figure 2). The statistics are organized into four columns:
Event: A description of the event
Scan Count: The number of scans during the event
First Scan: Date and time of the first scan
Last Scan: Date and time of the last scan
2. To view statistics from a different date, enter the date in the Event Date box or click on the calendar icon and choose the date you’d like (see Figure 3).
If you type the date, use the dd/mm/yyyy format. For example, 05/27/2020. Tip: You don’t need to enter a 0 for single digit months or days (for example, 5/1/2020 is acceptable).
If you use the calendar, you can click on the arrows next to the month name to move backward or forward one month at a time.
3. To view additional information about a specific event, click on the Details button, shown in Figure 4.
The Daily Event History Detail window appears (see Figure 5).
4. To view information about a specific event, click on its Details button.
A window displays additional information, as shown in Figure 6.
5. To create an Excel spreadsheet, click on the Export button (see Figure 7).
A message appears to let you know that the report is being created. After it is created, it is automatically downloaded. You can then view the report in Excel (see Figure 8).
