Keep the following information in mind when working with the Inventory Report Builder:
You are the only person that can view and interact with reports that you create. No one else can view or make changes.
You can update the report title at any time while the report is being reconciled. Simply click in the title Report Title text box to edit the name and then click on the Update button, as shown in Figure 1.
You can remove a report at any time while the report is being reconciled. Simply click on the Remove button (refer to Figure 1).
Filters are available on certain columns and can help you find specific vehicles or statuses.
You can export Vehicle Exceptions into Excel as an additional reconciliation tool.
As you reconcile, the Summary tab keeps a running total of Keep and Remove vehicles.
