If you have the Coordinator role on the mobile app, you can use Ready View to see which vehicles need moved and where they need to go. You can set filters to show any combination of shops and actions based on what information is important to you.

To filter, you must select at least one of the following filters:

  • Seller Type or Seller

  • Sale Date

  • Approved (Yes/No)

  • Registered for Sale (Yes/No)

  • Shop/Action

The following steps walk you through the process of filtering in Ready View:

1. Click on the Ready View icon in the navigation bar (see Figure 1).

The Filters page appears (see Figure 2).

2. Click on the tab to indicate whether you want to filter by Seller Type or Seller.

You can search by one or the other, but not both. If you choose to filter by Seller Type, you see a list of types (see Figure 3).

If you opt to filter by Seller, a list of sellers appears (see Figure 4).

3. Select one or more seller types or sellers from the list that appears.

4. Click on Choose a SaleDate + to select a sale date, as shown in Figure 5.

5. From the list that appears, select the sale date and click on Done, as shown in Figure 6.

Remember: Dates without a sale are disabled.

6. Decide whether you want to search by approved vehicles (see Figure 7).

Your three choices are

  • Yes (vehicles with at least one approved action)

  • No (vehicles with no approved actions)

  • Show All (vehicles with actions)

7. Under Registered for Sale, click on the appropriate tab to indicate your filter preference (see Figure 8).

Your three choices are

  • Yes (registered vehicles only)

  • No (unregistered vehicles only)

  • Show All (all vehicles regardless of registration status)

8. Click on the Add a Shop + button, as shown in Figure 9.

9. Choose a shop from the list that appears (see Figure 10).

10. Select an action from the list that appears and then click on Done.

You can choose as many actions as you like from any number of shops (see Figure 11).

The filters are added (see Figure 12).

11. When you’re done choosing your filters, click on Go to view the results (see Figure 13).

A list of vehicles that have at least one incomplete repair action appears (see Figure 14).

For details on how to read the results, including the map, see the document “View Filter Results in Ready View” in the Help Center.
