Ready View connects AuctionTrac and V-TRACE so that you can easily see which vehicles need moved and where they need to go. Ready View also helps shop managers plan the workday more effectively. You can set filters to show any combination of shops and actions based on what information is important to you.
Ready View shows only vehicles with at least one incomplete Repair Action.
Remember: Ready View is not used to approve or deny repairs. It is strictly for information purposes. All approvals will continue to happen within V-TRACE. Ready View simply presents data to provide insight into the repair ready state of your vehicles in inventory.
You can access Ready View on the AuctionTrac website. A mobile version is also available.
To access Ready View on the website, open AuctionTrac and choose Vehicles-->Ready View from the menu, as shown in Figure 1.
