Filter in Ready View (Web)

You can use Ready View to see which vehicles need moved and where they need to go. You can set filters to show any combination of shops and actions based on what information is important to you.

To filter, you must select at least one of the following filters:

The following steps walk you through the process of filtering in Ready View:

1. Choose Vehicles-->Ready View from the menu, as shown in Figure 1.

The Filters page appears (see Figure 2).

2. Click on the tab to indicate whether you want to filter by Seller Type or Seller (see Figure 3).

You can search by one or the other, but not both.

3. Click in the list box and select the seller type(s) or seller(s) from the list that appears.

If you chose seller type in Step 2, a list of seller types (see Figure 4).

If you chose to filter by Seller in Step 2, you see a list of sellers (see Figure 5).

You can choose more than one seller or seller type from the list (see Figure 6).

4. Click on the Shop drop-down list and select a shop.

5. Click in the list box and select an action from the list that appears.

You can choose as many actions as you like (see Figure 8).

The filters are added, as shown in Figure 9.

6. Click on the calendar icon to choose a sale date (see Figure 10).

Remember: Dates without a sale are disabled.

7. Under Registered for Sale, click on the appropriate tab to indicate your filter preference (see Figure 11).

9. When you’re done choosing your filters, click on the Search button to view the results (see Figure 13).

A list of matching vehicles that have at least one incomplete repair action appears (see Figure 14).
