After you select filters in Ready View, a list of matching vehicles that have at least one incomplete repair action appears (see Figure 1).

To view details, click on the View button next to the vehicle. The Vehicle Detail window appears (see Figure 2).

The Vehicle Detail window contains five tabs:

  • Vehicle

  • Map

  • History

  • Repairs

  • Seller

The following sections describe the information included in each tab.

Vehicle tab

The Vehicle tab contains basic vehicle information, such as the make, model, and color of the vehicle, VIN, stock and run number, sale date, odometer, locations, number of days in inventory, seller, the date of the last location, and the number of incomplete service request (see Figure 3).

Map tab

The Map tab, shown in Figure 4, displays a Google map that shows the last known location of a vehicle. You can use the zoom buttons in the bottom right corner of the map to enlarge or minimize a specific area of the map.

The number on the pin indicates how many total incomplete repair actions there currently are on the vehicle. The color of the map pin indicates which shop(s) have incomplete repair actions. For details on what each color means, click on the Map Legend button (see Figure 5).

Tip: Click on the View History button to quickly navigate to the History tab where you can see a list of the vehicle’s historical locations (see Figure 6).

History tab

The History tab displays the activities on the vehicle from the most recent vehicle scan to the oldest up to 180 days. You can click on the Locate button next to an activity to display a map that shows where the vehicle was located at that point in time (see Figure 7).

Repairs tab

Clicking on the Repairs tab displays a list of all repair actions for the vehicle grouped by shop. A thumbs up or thumbs down indicates whether the repair action has been approved or declined. For example, in Figure 8, both repair actions were declined.

A check green check mark in the Complete column indicates a completed repair action, which a timer icon signifies an unfinished action.

The tab also displays the repair action’s name, such as Wash and Vac, and the repair status. If the vehicle has any comments, you see a Comment icon. To view the comments, hover over the icon, as shown in Figure 9, or click on the icon.

Seller tab

On the Seller tab, shown in Figure 10, you can view the following seller information:

  • Seller name

  • Seller number

  • Seller type

  • The number of vehicles the seller currently has in inventory

  • Address

  • Alternative email contacts if the seller is unavailable
