If you’re assigned a Service Vehicle role, you can toggle a map or list to show all flagged vehicles that require service(s). Remember: Applying a flag in AuctionTrac does not communicate any information to V-TRACE.
After a service has been performed, you can mark it complete in AuctionTrac. The following steps walk you through the process:
1. Go to the Vehicle Details page.
A list of services appears in red at the top of the page, as shown in Figure 1.
2. Click on the red service line.
3. Click on the Service Completed button (see Figure 2).
Warning: Do not use the Service Failed button.
4. Repeat the preceding steps until all completed services are marked.
Remember: Vehicles will remain flagged until all issues have been marked as complete.
