The AMP If Sale vehicle list view, shown in Figure 1, features a streamlined view that is similar to what you see in AMP Presale Audit.

Note: Make sure that your screen resolution is set no higher than 100% zoom level to avoid issues with the display/functionality of the page.

Major changes include the following:

  • You can now sort every column in the list. Tip: Use a combination of filtering and sorting to fine-tune your vehicle list.

  • You can filter each column so that you can see only the information you want to view. You can filter by using the column filters or the filter lists that appear below the sale date (see Figure 2). The filters are specific to the information in the vehicle list, so you see only the choices that were used for the chosen sale date and type.

  • The column level filters allow you to search for a specific word or phrase by entering it in the text box and selecting one of the following parameters: Contains, Not contains, Equals, Not equal, Starts with, or Ends with (see Figures 3 and 4). For example, if you’re looking for blue vehicles, you can select Contains and type blue in the text box. You can even add other search parameters, such as 2008, if you’re like for blue 2008 vehicles.

  • Certain columns at the beginning and end of the list will always appear so that you can scroll through the other columns and still see those columns. Other than the Status column and Actions column, you can drag and drop columns into the fixed area so that you can always view the information you want to see. Tip: Two vertical lines appear to show you the columns that are in the fixed area (see Figure 5).

  • The sale date and search buttons now appear on the left side of the page (see Figure 6). The calendar features an updated appearance, although it does not display the indicator for the sale dates yet.

  • The footer at the bottom of the page looks different. The Refresh button now appears at the bottom left of the screen. At the right side of the page, you can use updated icons to navigate from page to page (see Figure 7). You can also select from a list how many vehicles to display (see Figure 8).

  • The Display drop list in the upper-right of the screen is now represented with the icon shown in Figure 9.

  • A magnifying class replaces the Search text box, as shown in Figure 10.
