A Buyer/Seller Analysis report allows auctions to see a customer’s Assurance Fee charges and enrollment status. The following steps walk you through the process of viewing a customer’s Assurance Fee charges:
1. In AMS Reports, choose Sale→ Buyer/Seller Analysis→ Vehicles Purchased by Customer, as shown in Figure 1.
2. In the Buyer/Seller Analysis Criteria – Vehicles Purchased by Customer window, select Only Vehicles Purchased with ADESA Assurance (see Figure 2).
This option displays all vehicles purchased with ADESA Assurance. The Buyer/Seller Analysis report displays the customer’s enrollment status along with the total and grand total of fees charged per vehicle (see Figure 3).
