The AMS Customer Master Report allows auctions to see customers ADESA Assurance and PSI enrollment status, which will assist in marketing efforts. In keeping with this goal, an option that displays a customer’s enrollments appears on the screen view, printed, and exported versions of the report.
To view a customer’s enrollments, follow these steps:
1. In AMS Reports, choose Management→ Customer Master, as shown in Figure 1.
The Customer Master Criteria page appears. The Filter by Enrollment area appears.
2. Select one or both of the enrollment filters (see Figure 2).
Your choices include one or both of the following:
ADESA Assurance Enrolled Customers
PSI Enrolled Customers
3. Click on the Report button (see Figure 3) to generate the report.
The Customer Master Report displays the customer’s enrollments (see Figure 4). The report header also lists the new Assurance and PSI filter criteria options used.
