You can link to the Condition Report (CR) through the Inventory tab of the Vehicle Information window. To view the Condition Report:
1. Choose Function→Vehicle→Information to display the Vehicle Search – Vehicle Information window, as shown in Figure 1.
2. Enter the vehicle’s VIN to open the Vehicle Information window.
3. Click on the Inventory tab of the Vehicle Information page (see Figure 2).
4. Click on View Inspection, as shown in Figure 3.
The default browser for the Inspections Portal launches a VIN search. The Inspections Portal will display results based on the VIN search.
Warning: You may see an error message if you’re not registered to OKTA or you don’t have permissions for the Inspections Portal.
