You can link to the Condition Report (CR) through the Ownership tab of the AMS application’s Inventory Management function. To view the Condition Report:
1. Choose Function→Vehicle→Inventory Management to display the Vehicle Search – Inventory Management window, as shown in Figure 1.
2. Enter the vehicle’s VIN to open the Inventory Management window.
3. Click on the Ownership tab on the Inventory Management page, as shown in Figure 2.
4. Click on Cond Rpt Date, as shown in Figure 3.
The default browser for the Inspections Portal launches a VIN search. The Portal displays results based on the VIN search.
Warning: You may see an error message if you’re not registered to OKTA or you don’t have permissions for the Inspections Portal.
