The BMW Financial Services Block Summary Report provides information on all vehicles that ran across the block, including basic vehicle information, options, and the vehicle’s last bid history. The following steps walk you through the process of running the BMW Financial Services Block Summary Report:
1. In AMS Reports, choose Commercial→BMW Financial Services→Block Summary, as shown in Figure 1.
2. In the BMW Block Summary Report Criteria, input your report criteria, including the sale data, sale type, search criteria, and lots (see Figure 2).
3. Click on the Report button (see Figure 3).
The Block Summary Report appears (see Figure 4).
