You can print, email, of fax the Bill of Sale and/or Invoice prior to choosing a vehicle. The following steps walk you through this process:
1. Choose Function→Reprint→Reprint Sale Contract, as shown in Figure 1.
2. In the Reprint Sales Contract window that appears, select Vehicle in the Search By area (see Figure 2).
The Vehicle Search – Reprint Sale Contract window appears (see Figure 3).
3. Enter one of the following: the last six digits of the VIN, the full VIN, or the vehicle’s stock number.
4. From the list that appears, select the vehicle (see Figure 4).
The Reprint Sale Contract window appears (see Figure 5).
5. Click on the Seller or Buyer button.
If you have the email or fax options selected in your printer setup, the Output Destination window, shown in Figure 6, appears, and you have one more choice to make. Otherwise, the document prints.
6. Select whether you want to print, email, or fax the documents.
7. Click on the OK button.
A new window appears. The information you need to add in this window depends on which option you chose in the preceding step. For example, if you chose email or fax, you will need to add the email address or fax number.
8. Complete the information requested and then click on OK.
After you click on OK, your documents are printed, emailed, or faxed.
