You can view or select customer fax numbers in Customer Account Management. The following steps walk you through the process of faxing information to a customer after you receive payment:
1. In the first Output Destination window, select Fax to fax your receipt and gate pass and then click on OK (see Figure 1).
You have three options:
Printer to physically print
E-mail to email the recipient or a person of your choice
Fax to fax the information
Note: The Printer option is selected by default.
After you click on OK, you see a Recording Payment window before a second Output Destination window for the Sale Bundle appears. Once again, the Printer option is selected by default.
2. Select Fax to fax the Sale Bundle and then click on OK.
The FAX – Customer Account Management window appears.
3. Click on the View button (see Figure 2).
The fax numbers associated with the account and the representatives appear.
4. Choose the fax number you’d like to use and then click on Select (see Figure 3).
The FAX Number and FAX To fields are populated (see Figure 4). Note: You can manually enter this information as well.
5. (Optional) If you want to customize your cover page message, enter the specific wording in the Cover Page Note field.
6. Click on OK to send your fax.
