Export Your If Sale Columns to a .csv File

See the same column setup when exporting your data.

After you customize your column views, you can export the same setup to a .csv file. The following steps walk you through the process:

1. Make sure that your columns are customized to your liking (see Figure 1).

You can adjust which columns you see, as well as the order in which they appear. For details, see the document “Customize Your If Sale Grid” in the ADESA Help Center.

2. Click on the Export icon at the top right of the grid (see Figure 2).

The file downloads, and a notification appears at the bottom of the page.

3. Open the file by clicking on the arrow (see Figure 3).

Your file opens in Excel (see Figure 4). The column headers are the same ones that appeared in the If Sale grid when you exported it.
