Adding, Updating, and Removing Announcements

1. Log in to the Inspections Portal.

2. Identify and open a vehicle record.

The vehicle record opens.

3. Locate the Announcements section.

4. Click the pencil icon.

The Announcements component opens.

5. Search for an announcement.

Announcements are separated into Vehicle (US Only), MVDA (CA Only), and Inventory sections.

6. Click an announcement to add it.

Some announcements may require additional information.

7. Review the active announcements on the left side of the component.

8. Optional: Remove announcements by clicking the x on the right side of an Announcement chip.

Some announcements may require additional information upon removal.

9. Click Done.

The announcements are added to the vehicle.
