Receive Mentions

Mentions are automatically subscribed to the social media profiles you have stored in your Brands (see Create Brand).

The following platforms are supported for direct messages in Adhook:

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • LinkedIn

  • X

According to the stored notification settings on the brand, the mention is assigned to the responsible person. This person will be informed via e-mail about the newly arrived mention.

In the inbox in Adhook, the person can see the mention and reply to it. Once a reply is created, the conversation is marked as done.

A conversation can also be tagged or assigned to other people (see Assign message).
