I can’t access my account, what should I do?

To access your Ádivin account, you need:

  • Your company’s VAT number.

  • Your password.

If you're trying to log in but can’t access your account, please check the following:


1. Make sure you are entering your details correctly

✔ VAT / EORI number

Ensure you enter your VAT or EORI number without spaces or hyphens.

✔ Password

Double‑check that your password is correct:

  • It must contain more than 5 characters.

  • Passwords are case‑sensitive, so verify whether you have Caps Lock activated.


2. Try checking your browser or device

In some cases, login issues may be caused by the device or browser you are using. We recommend:

  • Refreshing the page and trying again.

  • Closing and reopening your browser.

  • Testing with a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox…).

  • Clearing your browser’s cache.

  • Trying to log in from a different device.
