For certain institutional flags it is sufficient to specify in the purchase process the annotations of the flag you want, as long as it is an official flag design at supranational (e.g. European Union), national (e.g. Spain).

However, it is preferable to upload a file in the template corresponding to the design you wish to print in order to avoid problems of chromatic variety or the inclusion of coats of arms and other symbols.
