If you're having trouble finding what you're looking for here are some tips along the way.

The platform uses a keyword tagging feature with word matching. So by using the keyword tag function, see guide here:

You're finding those exact keywords (if they exist) from your script.

When using the search box you're free to search for whatever you want.

All clips in the library are tagged, and this is an ongoing and ever expanding project, to make it as intuitive and easy to use as possible.

But there can be times where you can't find what you're looking for, even though it exists.

It might be a clip you've seen before but now you're having trouble finding it.

Let's say you're looking for a clip with a spinning globe. This clip could be tagged a number of ways so if the exact search term spinning or globe isn't giving you what you want here are some other approaches to try:

  • Earth

  • World

  • Planet

  • Countries

  • Global

  • International

This is just an example so if you're running into trouble please try some different approaches for search terms similar to the topic to find what you're looking for.

If you want to inspect what keywords a specific clip is tagged with please see this guide: https://intercom.help/adme-ab/en/articles/5615422-library-keywords-custom-keywords

You can also add your own custom keywords to clips you frequently want to use or just want to be able to find easier. It might be a clip you associate with a certain business area, product or internal terminology specific to you and your company.
