Go to the left side bar and open Data Collection->Target Behaviors.
Select the Recipient to list the behavior targets.
Click on the "Add" button for the desired target to open a popup with the collection options.
Type the amount of entries (incidents), select the date and the provider (optional) that is the author and click on "Collect" button.
If the entry is a baseline you need to select the "BL" checkbox that appear at the right of the popup.
The popup will remain opened to allow you to keep on collecting data for the current target selected.
To collect data for a different target close the popup and go on for the new target.
To display a graph you can click on the "Chart" button that appears in the right of the row.
