Steps to Create a New AdminTCA Account

1. Access the Registration Page

To create a new account, access the AdminTCA registration page using the following link:
https://admintca.app/Account/Register


2. Complete the Registration Form

On the Register page, enter an email address that you have access to and want to use for the new account.
Then, enter your password and confirm it.
Check the box to pass the CAPTCHA verification, and check Agree to the Terms and Policy to accept the terms.
Finally, press the Register button to continue.


3. Fill in Required Information

On the new page that opens, enter all the required information marked with asterisks (*).


4. Autofill Personal Information

In the personal information section, you can use the Autofill Contact Detail button to automatically fill in data if it matches the information you previously entered.
Once all required fields are completed, click the SAVE button.


5. Account Creation Process

The process may take approximately 30 seconds while the system creates your account.


6. Account Created Successfully

If everything went correctly, an alert will appear indicating that the account has been created successfully.


7. Confirm Your Email

A window will appear indicating that you must check your email inbox to confirm the account.
Go to the inbox of the email address you used during registration.


8. Verify Your Account

In your inbox, you will find a welcome email.
Click the blue Confirm Account button inside the email — this will redirect you back to AdminTCA.


9. Confirmation Accepted

If the confirmation request has been approved, a message will appear indicating that the account has been verified.
Press the Go to Login button to access the login page.


10. Log In

Enter the email address and password you used during registration to access the system.


11. First Login — Test Data

When you first log in to your AdminTCA account, you’ll find some test data, such as:

  • Providers

  • Recipients

  • Coordinators
