How to archive a provider requirement?

Step 1- Click on the PROVIDERS menu.

Note (Optional Step): In the drop-down list you can filter the providers to facilitate your search.

Step 2- Locate the PROVIDER you want to archive the requirement to and click on them.

Step 3- Once inside the PROVIDER file, you will be automatically positioned in the tab REQUIREMENTS, go forward until you locate the requirement you need to archive and click on the Archive button.

Step 4- Click on the Yes, remove it! button to finish.
