How to Inactivate a Recipient?

Step 1 - Click on the RECIPIENTS menu.

Step 2 - Click on the button Edit in the column Actions that correspond with the Recipient you need to inactive.

Step 3- Go to the middle of the Page and click on the Termination Date box. Then select in the Calendar the date when the Recipient will change his status to Inactive.

Step 4- Go to the footer and click on the Save Button.
