How to remove a provider from a recipient? (Agency Access)

Step 1- Go to section Recipients.

Step 2- Then Click on the Recipient.

Step 3- Click the Remove button corresponding to the Provider whose services are to be terminated.

Note: TAB 1 (Providers): The Providers related with the Recipient.

Step 4- Click on the Yes, remove it! button.
