How to enable file sharing on iConnect

1. Select Service Provider Role from the Role drop-down list at right corner

2. Write the first word of your agency name on Quick Search

3. Select Provider from the drop-down list beside

4. Click GO

5. Click on WORKERS TAB

6. Click over the name of the worker (you can enable Filters to find a specific worker)

7. Click on PORVIDERS on the MENU on the left

8. Click over the Name of the Agency

9. Click on the check box Upload HIPAA Files

10. Click on the check box Download HIPAA Files

11. Click on FILE (on the upper left corner)

12. Click on Save and Close Worker Provider
