1. Select Service Provider Role from the Role drop-down list at right corner
2. Write the first word of your agency name on Quick Search
3. Select Provider from the drop-down list beside
4. Click GO
5. Click on REPORTS on the Upper Left Corner (Under iConnect LOGO)
6. Click on PROVIDER EPI REPORT
7. In the new window write the date range for the fiscal year the authorizations you are looking for belong
a. Start Date
b. End Date
8. From the SERVICE STATUS drop-down list check: SELECT ALL
9. Click on VIEW REPORT (button at the upper right corner)
10. Click on the SAVE icon and select export as Excel file
11. Save that EXCEL for your records
That EXCEL will give you all authorization numbers for the period you selected and all other iConnect related numbers needed to generate the XML file to upload your Provider Documentation.
