Follow these steps to bulk create ad set in the Launch Ads section:
1. Click on the Launch tab from the left-hand sidebar.
2. Click on the + Load Media button.
3. Choose the creatives you want to launch by selecting the checkboxes next to them.
4. Once the creatives are loaded into the Launch grid, click on the Bulk Edit dropdown at the top right.
From the dropdown, choose Ad Sets.
5. In the pop-up, click on Duplicate Ad Set.
6. Select an existing ad set from the dropdown list to duplicate and select the number of copies.
7. Enter the names of the new ad sets under the new copies.
You can also toggle 'Launch Ad set as Active' depending on if you want the ads to go live.
8. To set Budget and Dates -Click Show additional settings to:
Set a new budget
Choose a start date and add an end date if needed
9. Click Duplicate Ad Set to create multiple ad sets in one go.
