Studio is your control center for viewing, organizing, managing creatives, and streamlining creative production operations

  1. Click on a creative or "expand" icon in the creative to open adnova Creative Hub studio.

Top Bar

  1. Navigate to the next creatives by clicking "< or >" in the left corner of the top bar.

2. Click on the "↓" to download the particular creative,

3. Favorite the particular creative by clicking the star.

4. Click on the eye symbol to watch the particular creative.

By watching a creative, you'll be notified about any changes made to that file through email.

5. Click on "Share" to easily share creatives with anyone online.
Adnova gives you full control over what others can view or access when you share a creative.

Side Bar

  1. Select the comments icon to provide feedback on the creatives.

  2. By clicking on the info icon, you'll be able to see the information about the creatives such as file name, uploader, uploaded date, size, and resolution.

  3. Custom fields let you streamline your production workflow by creating and managing tailored data fields. Click here to learn more about custom fields.

  4. The tag icon allows you to assign tags to your creatives. Simply click on the tags icon and type to add relevant tags for efficient organization.

5. Utilize the version button to stack new iterations, and use the arrow near the version button to navigate through different versions seamlessly. Click here to learn more about version control

6. Select "Annotation" to add visual comments to specific parts of the creative by placing annotation boxes. Click here to learn more about visual commenting.

Locked In Feature

  1. Once an asset is used in a launched ad, a Locked In icon appears on the top-right corner of the asset.

  2. If a creative is locked, uploading a new version is restricted, as the ad may be used multiple times in the Ad Launcher and cannot be edited.

  3. All ad-related settings (like ad name, copy, links, etc.) can still be edited.
