Troubleshoot : Missing pages in the Ad Profile settings

If you can’t find your Facebook Pages in the Launch Settings Facebook Pages dropdown, follow these steps

  1. Visit Launch settings and click on "Reconnect Facebook Account" at the top right inside the launch settings

  2. A Facebook authentication window will open.
    ​

  3. If you have already connected your Facebook account with Adnova, click on "Edit previous settings" button in Facebook authentication window. (See Screenshot - 2)

  4. Choose “Opt in to all current and future Pages” when prompted. (See Screenshot - 3)

  5. Click Continue and complete the Facebook authentication.


After completing these steps, the missing Pages will now be available in the dropdown on the Launch Settings page and also in the Launch Ads Table.
