Meta sometimes has a glitch that may prevent your ad from appearing in Ads Manager immediately after launch. This issue is entirely within Meta’s platform and does not impact how your ad is launched or delivered.
You can verify the status of your ad by two methods.
Method 1
Go to your ads manager, open "Ad Sets" and click on "Edit" for an ad set that includes the ad you have just launched
You should be able to view the ad names of the ads you launched in this view.
Method 2
1. In the all ads section, search for the ad name of an ad that you just launched and see its status.
