How to launch ads with Post ID / Creative ID to retain social proof and engagement.

  1. Click on the " Launch " tab on the left margin and click " Load Media " to select the creatives ready to be launched from Creative Hub

  2. Once the load window opens, click on “Existing Ads” at the top left, next to “Creative Hub,” to view all your existing ads.

  3. Search by "Ad name" or "Ad ID". Filter by Campaigns, ad sets, and date range to select the ads you want to launch.

  4. Select the ads that you want to launch, retaining their social proof and engagement.

  5. If you prefer to use the creative ID, please scroll to the right and find the column "Prefer Creative ID" and turn the toggle on.

  6. That’s it! You can now launch your ads with existing Post ID / Creative ID and keep social proof and engagement.
