Thumbnails allow you to choose or upload a still image that best represents your video ad, helping capture audience attention before playback.
Click on the " Launch " tab on the left margin and click " Load Media " to select the creatives ready to be launched from Creative Hub
2. Click the Image Placeholder icon đźď¸ to upload or select a custom thumbnail.

3. Youâll see two options
From Video: Play the video and select a frame youâd like to use by clicking Capture Frame.
Upload Image: Click Choose File to upload a custom image from your device.
Preview and Save:
Once youâve selected or uploaded your image, it will appear under Thumbnails.
Choose your preferred thumbnail, then click Save to apply it to your video ad.
