Why do you see this error?
When running ads from whitelisted Pages (boosted posts or cross-posted content, etc ) adnova requires additional Page-level permissions to function properly.
If any required permissions are not granted to those pages, you may encounter this error.
Why are page permissions necessary?
1. Ad previews
2. Creative downloading
3. Prevent missing creatives in creative grouping within report
If you’re seeing this error, please follow the steps below to grant adnova the required permissions.
1. Click on the "Edit page permissions" and click on the "Edit Previous settings" in the Facebook pop-up that appears.
2. Select the option "Opt in to all current and future pages", then click Continue and complete the Facebook authentication.
The account will begin re-syncing. Once the sync process is complete, the creative preview will become available.
