To enable AppLovin ad launching from Adnova, advertisers must first obtain a Campaign Management API Key from AppLovin.
Since this API key is issued directly by AppLovin, the advertiser must request access through email. Once approved, AppLovin will securely send the API key to the Adnova service email.
Follow the steps below to complete the setup.
Step 1: Send an Email Request to AppLovin
Send an email from the account owner email associated with your AppLovin (Axon) account.
This allows AppLovin to securely send the API key directly to the Adnova team once approved.
Step 2: Include the Required Consent Language
Your email must include the exact consent statement below.
AppLovin requires this to authorize API access.
[Advertiser], represented by [Advertiser Contact], Axon Account Owner Email is [x], with Axon Account ID [x], hereby requests and authorizes AppLovin to share with Adnova creative solutions its Campaign Management API key for the purpose of connecting our Axon account with adnova.ai platform. Please send the Campaign Management API key to axon@tryadnova.ai so we can complete the integration.
I understand and agree that I, as an Axon account owner, am subject to AppLovin's Terms of Use, and that I remain solely responsible for all activities that occur under my account, regardless of whether such activities are undertaken by me or any third party acting on my behalf.
Step 3: Wait for AppLovin Approval
Once the email is sent:
The AppLovin team will review your request.
After approval, they will send the Campaign Management API Key via secure email reply.
The key will be shared only with the designated Adnova service email address.
Important Notes
The consent language must be included exactly as shown to avoid delays.
Ensure all required fields are correctly filled.
The request must come from the Axon account owner email.
What Happens Next?
Once the AppLovin team approves the request, the Campaign Management API Key will be sent via a secure email reply to the designated Adnova service email address.
After Adnova receives the API key, our team will configure your AppLovin account within the platform and complete the integration.
You will be notified once the setup is completed and your account is ready to start launching AppLovin campaigns from Adnova.
